The website does not collect personal information through forms. If you contact ACAI by phone or in person, for example to report corruption, we use the information you give only to respond to you and to act on your report. We keep the identity of people who report corruption confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
3. Technical and Network Data
When you visit the website, your browser connects to the following services. Each may receive your IP address, browser type and the page requested, as part of normal internet communication:

We do not use these services to identify or track you. External links (such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and government websites) are only contacted if you click them.

6. Information About ACAI Members
The Leadership Directory publishes the names, roles, photographs and, in some cases, phone numbers of ACAI office bearers so that the public can verify who represents ACAI. Members can ask for their information to be corrected or removed by calling +91 97195 55500.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data about you we hold.
- Correct or update your personal data.
- Erase your personal data, where we are not required to keep it.
